My vision
The whole economy is impacted by digital transformation, and even more after the global pandemic crisis of the COVID-19: traditional company structure has evolved, as well as ways of working, management and of course, use of tools. The changes at the heart of this domain are profound and I am passionate about it !
My different jobs at Microsoft EMEA, IBM GBS or Else & Bang and Boston Consulting Group convinced me that digital transformation is more about human than technology and I think there is a lot to do to better explain what means digital transformation and to increase awareness of people to better be able to take back the control on tools that change our everyday life.
To begin with, I decided to tackle part of this question through an academic research during my Ph.D where I have successfully demonstrate the benefits of one specific use of social media for companies : content curation. In fact, I was able to quantify how content curation on social network can improve organizational knowledge and help the company increase its competitiveness. That is the first research of the kind in France.
In May 2018, I decided to join the Boston Consulting Group for which I am managing the DigitalBCG Immersion Center, a space that is 100% dedicated to digital. With the will to bring more understanding in all subjects related to digital transformation, I designed and deliver to executive committees and operational teams customized immersive experiences where they can project themselves into the problematics that they will face tomorrow, in order to be able to make better decisions. In 2020, I had the pleasure to take the lead of the program of all Immersion Centers by BCG around the globale, and led the vision and programs for the centers in Paris, Silicon Valley, Shenzhen and New York with a great teams of regional managers.
I have now joined Oracle as Senior Manager to the EMEA Experience Design Team. I am leading a team of creative eXperience Directors and incredible eXperience Designers that design engaging experiences to help our customers visualize why Oracle is their best partner on the Cloud journey.
